Depicting the Judgement of Paris with the goddesses Juno, Minerva and Aphrodite and their representative birds, the peacock, the owl, and the doves respectively, on Mt. Ida with various beasts, insects and fruiting and flowering trees, with a reflecting pool below, worked in chain, cross, metal purl and applied with seed pearls, beads and feathers on a satin ground, within a later parcel-gilt ebonized frame
