"Moore was Keeper of the Stores of an expedition sent to America by the Georgia Trustees in October, 1735, to strengthen the southern part of the colony by establishing the town of Frederica on the Altamaha River. He gives here an interesting account of the routine of the life of the colonists on shipboard, presided over by Oglethorpe, this being preceded by 'Rules for the Year 1735,' in seven pages.
