This print and the following were given to the present owner by Brett Weston from his personal collection in gratitude for a year of service as Edward Weston's personal assistant at Wild Cat Canyon in 1955.

Gelatin silver print. 1932. Signed, numbered SB1, dated in pencil and inscribed For Bob-good friend-fine worker-Brett-1956 in ink on the reverse of the mount. 9 5/8 x 5¼in. Countermounted with a gelatin silver print by Edward Weston, North Wall, Point Lobos, 1946, 9½ x 7½in.
