"Consistently lovely bouquet that opens up fragrantly, fully
evolved after 30 minutes in glass but holding well thereafter:
cedar, sometimes very slightly chocolaty, delicate. Gentle
sweetness on the palate also constantly noted: ideal weight and
balance, lovely flavour, charm, length. Simply perfect. Five stars.
Despite its delicacy, will survive, like the 1875." JMB
