Neck level, deep color, facsimile label; recorked by Whitwhams August 1984; in three-piece mould bottle, typical of the period, bearing
the seal "Brancepath"
This is a fine example of the 1874 vintage, a huge and high quality
pre-phylloxera harvest which is becoming more and more difficult to find on the marketplace. This magnum was purchased by the current owner directly from Whitwham's in the 1970's and it has been stored under ideal conditions since that time.
