"A marvellous wine. Opaque and concentrated in cask, with the unmistakable Lynch-Bages crisp blackcurrant (70 Cabernet Sauvignon) aroma. By far the deepest and most intense in a vertical tasting in '84 of vintages ranging from 71' to 83'. Crisp, full, fleshy. Full of flavour and zest." JMB
