Attributed to Conrad Mumbouer (1761-1845), Haycock Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, dated 1802
Circular, with coggle-wheel rim, the surface decorated with a flowerpot inscribed "18 Elisabet 02 Conutfries (?)" issuing tulips with a yellow-beige glaze highlighted with red slip and daubs of green glaze
