Of globular form rising from an convex stand cast with foliate scroll and six mask and tongue legs and cast about the sides with twelve shaped reserves each containing an animal of the zodiac, the reserves set against a ground of stylized leiwen, the upright rim cast with a band of key frets and the slightly domed cover cast at the edge with a band of floral lappets encircling clouds in deep relief, the knop in the form of a kirin- 7 in. (17.8 cm.) high
