A BLUE AND WHITE NABESHIMA DISH
EDO PERIOD (EARLY 18TH CENTURY)
Set on a high ring foot, the shallow dish painted in the well in pale and darker underglaze blue with repeated palm fronds, the underside painted with three groups of linked 'cash' and ribbons and the foot painted with a 'comb' pattern- 6 in. (15.2 cm.) diameter
