The rectangular page with red and yellow geometric line border and similarly colored leafy spandrels centering a brown, yellow and squiggle-and-dot decorated surround inscribed within, "This New Song Book Belongs to Johannes Kreundig (?)..." above a similarly decorated smaller circular enclosure dated 12th February 1804, the whole surmounted by a red, yellow, dot and hatch decorated tulip on an alternating brown and yellow stepped base
