Of conventional type, the fronts and backs painted with exotic birds among trees and shrubs within richly gilt scroll and lower and diaper panelled cartouches flanked by trailing gilt grasses and with flowers beneath the handles (the first the firing cracks to base, the second with extended firing crack to base and some contemporary retouching to ground colour, minute rim chips and slight wear to gilding on rims of both) the later ormolu mounts with six double hoof feet - 12¾in (32.5cm.) wide
