Of gently shaped form, the center painted in colours with a landscape, a long-tailed bird perched on a branch in the foreground and another hovering nearby, contained within gilt edging and a border of three fruit and flower reserve panels, the exterior with three exotic bird cartouches in elaborate gilt trellis, scroll and floral surrounds (tiny rim gilt flaking, some wear)--10½in. (25.5cm.) diam.
