Signed B.B. Mershon, Pennsylvania, dated 1848
Rectangular, with flattened rim and canted sides, top of base incised, "B.B. Mershon./Febuary 25th 1848[sic]"; together with a redware candlestick glazed in salmon with brown daubs and an unglazed redware circular plate mold
