The first, Swiss, signed Rob't Roskell, Liverpool, no. 6687, the gilt three-quarter plate fusee movement with English right angle escapement, uncut bimetallic balance and bimetallic compensation curb, white enamel dial, within an 18K gold hunting case; another, similar, with Geneva bar-pattern movement and Swiss right angle escapement, signed M.I. Tobias, Liverpool; the last, with full plate fusee movement, signed Lewis Samuel, 4 Lord St., Liverpool, with engine turned gold dial, within an 18K gold case with chased bezels, second quarter 19th century--47, 48, and 48 mm. diam. respectively (3)
