The domed circular base raised on four massive foliate scroll feet with flowerheads between, applied with scrolls, rocaille and foliage, supporting an everted rocaille dish applied with mermaids holding various maritime devices, the interior applied with shells flanking a rockwork pedestal upon which sits the figure of Neptune holding a trident, the base applied with a monogram, apparently unmarked--27in.(8.5cm.) high
