On spreading circular foot rising to a knopped baluster stem and two-tiered cylindrical filigree section, the upper one enclosing a bell, surmounted by a spire with ball finial and pannant engraved with the initials H.H., marked on base with maker's mark only--12 1/2in. (32cm.) high
