Each of circular form, the gadrooned rim with acanthus, rocaille, shells and anthemion at intervals, the interior sides engraved front and back with a crest and motto, the domed paneled cover engraved front and back with the same crest and motto, surmounted by a beaver finial, fully marked--11 1/4in. (28.6cm.) diam.; the stands each circular on four pad feet, with two reeded acanthus scroll and flowerhead side handles, the interior with removable pierced grill, marked under bases--length over handles 12 1/4in. (31.1cm.)
