etchings and lithographs, circa 1928-40, on various papers, all but the Messicks signed in pencil, with margins, including Bowery Mission and Diversion, by ISAC FRIEDLANDER--both titled and dated in pencil, Bowery Mission numbered 5/10, Diversion inscribed 'a/p', both in good condition; Pearl Street and Banana Boat, by JOSEPH WEBSTER GOLINKIN (1896-1964)--Pearl Street numbered 11/50, Banana Boat numbered 1/50, Pearl Street with a paper loss at the top right margin corner, Banana Boat with remains of old glue at the top margin edge, both with minor surface soiling in the margins; The Round House, by HARRY GOTTLIEB (b. 1895)--titled and dated 1928 in ink, inscribed '30', a pale stain in the image, a small tear just affecting the image at the top left, a very small paper loss at the top left margin corner, pale light-staining; and Yesterday's News and B Girls at Work, by BEN MESSICK (1901-1983)--B Girls at Work with very pale time staining at the bottom margin edge, otherwise both in very good condition (7)
