A TWO HANDLED SILVER VASE, maker's mark of Bailey & Co., Philadelphia, circa 1850, elongated bell form, on raised circular foot chased with foliate scroll enclosed flowerheads, the body chased and engraved with three bands of cottages and trees, the front center monogrammed within C scrolls and rocaille, the back with conforming vacant cartouche, the bands divided by two beaded bands, the foot rim twice similarly applied, with everted wavy tongue and bellflower die rolled rim, with two entwined double serpent handles--6½in.
