A SMALL SILVER COFFEE POT, bearing marks for London, 1771, chased later, baluster, on short skirt foot, the sides chased with concave slender flutes, centering two sides vacant circular cartouche within scalework and scrolls, the shoulder with chased stylized flowerhead band on matted ground, with partly fluted spout, wood loop handle, the conformingly decorated hinged raised cover topped by ball finial--7in. (17.7cm.) high, gross weight 11oz.
