A VICTORIAN SILVER CLARET JUG, London, 1850, maker's mark of Reilly & Storer, eight panelled tear drop form, on plain octagonal foot, the panels engraved with shaped oval cartouche enclosed varying flowers on finely reeded ground, one oval vacant, one engraved with presentation inscription dated 1851, above engraved with fruit or floral festoon with strapwork dividers, the waisted neck part engraved, with part foliate scroll handle, rocaille applied rim, the hinged high domed engraved cover topped by cast floral finial--13in.
