A GROUP OF SIX GEORGE III SILVER ITEMS, each London, with maker's marks of, comprising: a small cream jug--1776, on three foliate hoof feet, punched rim and flying scroll handle--3½in. (8.8cm.) high, two sugar baskets, 1792 and 1797, P. & A. Bateman, each molded navette shape, on oval base, with bail handle, with applied reeded rims--5in. (12.7cm.) and 6¼in. (15.8cm.) long, two matching small mugs--1798 and 1800, each slightly tapering cylindrical, twice applied with multi reeded bands, with C scroll handle, one initialled--the larger 3in. (7.6cm.) high, and an oval salt--1800, R. & D. Hennell, gilt lined, depressed center, applied reeded rim, underside engraved with crest and initials--4¾in. (12cm.) long, 24oz.
