A CARVED AND PAINTED CIGAR STORE INDIAN

Carved in the form of an Indian princess with a gold feather headdress above long groove-carved black hair and carved gold earrings over a polychrome carved dress and cape, the figure grasping a knife and bundle of cigars, standing on a tapering box base inscribed "HPB & Co., NABOB, 5c SEGARS" (some restoration to paint)--72 1/2in. high
