A secretary in the collection of the Wadsworth Antheneum is inscribed by George Belden and shows a similar open serpentine front and ogee-bracket feet as found on the server above. See John Kirk, Connecticut Furniture Seventeenth and Eighteenth Centuries (Hartford, CT, 1967), entry 131.
