Of rounded rectangular shape decorated in gold and black takamaki-e, gold hiramaki-e and okibirame on a kinji ground with Benkei and Yoshitsune at the Barrier of Ataka, Benkei reading the Kanjincho to a seated warrior on the reverse, the heads and hands of the figures of inlaid ivory, interior cases nashiji; fitted with a coral bead ojime and a lacquer netsuke formed as a sake cup, inscribed on the base with six Chinese characters: "The river and sea refuse not even small streams"
