Contemporary vellum, spine lettered in ink, remains of original ties, original vellum endleaves (from an antiphonary), covers worn and rubbed, numerous holes punched in lower cover, loss to a large patch of vellum on spine, short tear to fol. h8 just entering text, a few worm tracks to gutters, one grazing a few letters on O7r, another touching text on q7 with loss to 8 letters on verso, corner of k3 repaired touching sidenote on verso, small inkstain to k1r partially obscuring a few words, occasional light foxing, some minor marginal staining.
