Ottawa imprint, the other back with "Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited", including a cut down back Proof in black of the central medallion with portraits of Queen Victoria and Prince Edward, and 5 Dollars, 1906, face Proof without tint, with a letter attached regarding background area wearing out, also with a corresponding back Proof in orange, some with tears, repairs, missing pieces, heavy official notations, close margins or other impairments(12)
