A SILVER TEAPOT, maker's makr of Curry & Preston, Philadelphia, circa 1830, partly lobed molded deep circular, engraved with monogram, on raised circular foot with die rolled rim, with die rolled band to shoulder, gadrooned rims, moled collar, flattened scroll spout, reeded broad angular handle, the hinged partly lobed domed cover topped by cast melon form finial--11½in. (29.2cm.) high, gross weight 36.5oz.
