Of rectangular form, the top and three shelves of lacquered softwood supported at the corners by the bamboo corner posts and fronted by horizontal bamboo members, the back with a diamond-patterned bamboo lattice and sides with squared-scroll lattice, the two softwood-fronted drawers below the second shelf, all legs reinforced with rattan bindings, the bamboo of distinctive mottled pattern
