Qianlong Incised Seal Mark and of the Period
With a compressed lower body and spreading foot, covered inside and out with a finely speckled opaque glaze of rich, even tone, the incised characters of the nianhao similarly glazed and reserved against the brown ground of the square seal mark, itself reserved against the teadust-glazed base, the unglazed foot rim covered in a brown wash
