A BLUE-GROUND FAMILLE ROSE PUNCH BOWL

Decorated on the exterior with two large panels of landscape, the details lightly molded and picked out in famille rose enamels, all on a deep blue ground showing traces of gilt lotus scroll, the interior with a further landscape in the center beneath a wide border of cherry sprigs, flowerheads and chimes suspended from gilt, sepia and iron-red scrollwork patterns (repaired rim break and associated cracks)--15 7/8in. (40.5cm.) diam.
