The signature on this tsuba is not that of any artist who used Hekisen as the first two characters of their art name. The only recorded artist is Cho who might be related to this artist. There are a number of artists who used the Ga (miya) character in their names and most are of the Choshu Okada family. The name of this artist might also be read as Miyako, but that name is not recorded.
