Comprising samovar on stand, chimney, coffee pot, teapot, cream jug and covered sugar bowl; each of spherical form, raised on chicken feet and tail supports, the spouts formed as rooster heads, engraved with Russian hospitality adages written in Viaz (Old Russian) script within ruled and geometric borders, the angular tapering handles with turned bone insulators and spherical joins applied with knops, with beaded rims, the domed covers with similar finials, the chimney with conforming decoration, fully marked--height of samovar on stand 15in.
