etching with drypoint, 1876, on wove paper, Bourcard's third state (of four), Goodfriend's eleventh state (of fifteen), with the artist's red monogram stamp, indistinctly inscribed in the margins, with wide margins, pale mat staining and surface soiling, with a pencil drawing of trees in another hand on the reverse, otherwise in good condition
