etching with drypoint, 1879, on laid paper, a very good impression, Bourcard's fourth (final) state, Goodfriend's eighth (final) state, with the artist's red monogram stamp, extensively inscribed 'Epreuve d'essai avec toutes les barbes. Premier chai du Debarquement -- tire a 70 epr. reproduit dans le'Harper's magazine du Fevrier 1888, Imprimé à 75 epreuves', with margins, a few scattered foxmarks, two spots of old glue at the top margin edge, remains of old brown paper tape at the reverse of the right margin edge, otherwise in good condition
