Each facet centered by a raised petal-form panel pierced and decorated with one of the "Three Friends", pine, bamboo or prunus, reserved on a turquoise ground scattered with blossoms and butterflies below the neck, with a fish-form handle to one side and a faceted spout issuing from a monster mask opposite, the cover with an openwork dome of prunus sprigs, some restoration--5 5/8 in. (14.3cm.) high
