The deep, rectangular box set with a removable, deep tray containing six small removable boxes, each small box decorated on the lid with a gold bird or flower still life reserved on a bright nashiji ground continued on the sides, the interiors of the inner boxes and tray roiro-nuri sprinkled with nashiji which matches the well of the box, the exterior decorated with gold scrolling foliage and Inaba mon, gilt metal ring fittings- 5 1/2 x 4 5/8 x 4 1/4 in. (14 x 11.8 x 10.5 cm.), some wear; together with a circular box and cup stand both decorated with gold foliage on roiro grounds, both damaged
