The hood with three brass urn finials centering pierced fretwork above a rectangular plinth over a kidney shaped glazed door opening to a white-painted kidney shaped dial with Roman chapter ring and inscribed "Aaron Willard, Boston" flanked by gilt scrolls over a rectangular case with quarter fan inlay and stringing above a shaped apron on French flaired feet (feet replaced, movement questionable, patches to frame)--36 1/4in. high, 13in. wide, 4 3/4in. deep
