Suspended by four link chains, one circular dial with black Arabic chapters, the other dial with black Arabic chapters interspersed with deep green branches of leaves and with writing AU CLAIRE DE LUNE, mounted on the sides with openwork entrelac foliage-- 19in. (48.3cm.) high

This clock is of the same design as those designed by Guimard for the Paris Metro underground railway stations. Other models can still be seen in a few of the remaining stations such as Montparnasse.
