The circular silver-colored dial with black enamel Arabic chapters and browned-steel hands, within a pale blue guilloché enamel frame, the reverse, a pale blue and cream-colored painted miniature depicting a classical scene, signed by Paillet, surrounded by rose-cut diamonds, with a cabochon sapphire crown and rose-cut diamond bail, mounted in platinum and silver, the movement signed by Vacheron & Constantin, No. 360657, the case signed by Verger, France, No. 4253, circa 1900
