Of compressed spherical form, the body chased with flutes and applied with a molded mid-rib, the scroll spout applied with anthemion, scroll and shell decoration, with wood scroll spout, the hinged domed cover with chased with a fluted calyx supporting a wood baluster finial, marked under base and on cover--9 1/2in. (24.1cm.) long
