The domed cover with slender ivory bars piercing horizontal bamboo members, mounted with an ivory finial and fittings as well as two green jadeite feeders, with elaborate baitong superstructure and hook, the base with wood platform surrounded by a low bamboo wall carved in high relief with scholars and attendants at various pursuits in landscape settings, with a central carved ivory pedestal and raised on four carved ivory supports, with a pair of ivory tongs and an ivory clip, some breaks and repairs--approx. 24 in.
