Of oval section, the plain body carved in high relief above the foot on one side with two Buddhistic lions playing with a ribbon-tied ball and on the reverse with a qilin issuing vapor, with a pair of monster-mask and loose ring handles flanking the neck and a mythical beast surmounting the cover, the stone well polished and with some opaque white mottling, finial repaired--12 7/8 in.
