QING DYNASTY
Shown standing gracefully on a rock-form base, with the right hand raised in an open gesture and the left held at the hip to gather up the trail of his long scarf which is draped about his shoulders, wearing a full-length skirt tied at the waist and a flowered pectoral and sash worn diagonally across the chest, his face with delicate features framed by long black tresses which curl about his pendulous lobes, all below an ornate tiered crown, painted in red, black, white and rust pigments, some repairs, cracks--43 in. (109.1 cm.) high
