Each jardiniere mounted with four famille-verte porcelain plaques, comprising two plaques illustrating court scenes alternating with two plaques decorated with butterflies and insects hovering above blossoming branches, including prunus, pomegranate, bittersweet and rose, all within diaper borders, the ormolu mounts cast as bound cords with acanthus leaves at the corners and flanking the scrolled feet, with gilt-metal liners--11 1/4 in.
