EBBETTS FIELD SECOND BASE
1n September 2, 1953 Jim Wilson was invited to appear on I've Got a Secret with Gary Moore who stated You've reached first base, here's second base from Ebbetts Field, the rest is up to you. Gary Moore then presented a base to Wilson in honor of Wilson's signing with the Brooklyn Dodgers. The base was used in a Dodgers/Cardinals series the week prior to the show. Consigned by Mr. Wilson and offered with a plaque picturing the base and reciting its history.
