CAL RIPKEN CHAIR, RECORD AND TICKET
On the night of September 6, 1995, anticipating the breaking of the consecutive game record, the Baltimore Orioles sold several selected seats at the historic event. For a price of five thousand dollars, a fan could sit in a special section, in a special chair (produced for that night), and then take the chair home. Each person also received a duplicate ticket, framed with a signed photograph of Cal Ripkin Jr., the new iron man. Includes one of these exclusive chairs, the framed photograph and ticket, and the actual matching ticket used for admission that night.
