TWO PUNCH'ONG INK SLABS

The first of rectangular shape with demilune well at one end of the top and flat base, incised on the two short sides with rectangular foliate panels and on the long sides with confronted triangles of parallel lines, all the side panels further brushed with white slip; the second slab also of rectangular shape and with slightly curved base and slightly curved demilune well, incised with a narrow line around the top edge and covered by a glossy greyish tinged glaze- 6 3/8 x 4 x 1 5/8 in. (16.5 x 9.8 x 4 cm.) and 5 5/8 x 4 1/2 x 1 1/4 in. (14.3 x 11.3 x 3 cm.) (2)
