NEGRO LEAGUE ITEMS
A 1953 program for a game between the Kansas City Monarchs and the Indianapolis Clowns of the Negro Leagues; with Toni Stone and Joe Louis on the cover, shortstop Ernie banks included int he Monrachs line-up. Also included are two full tickets to Negro League games, one for the May 29, 1949 doubleheader between the Chicago American Giants and the Louisville Buckeyes; the other between the Kansas City Monarchs and the Bermingham Beach Barons in 1953. Together with envelopes, one from the Monarchs and one from the Clowns in 1949. (5)
