The small slab-sided stoneware bottle, with short neck with everted rim set on a raised ring foot, decorated with copper red and iron brown stylised flower in a roundel design beneath a thick bubble suffused and crackled pale grey glaze, the shoulders and sides with iron brown on a blue ground, in tomobako inscribed Henko, signed Takeshi and sealed Takeshi
